The EVO-KC9-LW keeps the 9mm-focused dimensions, controls, magazines, and operating system of the EVO-KC9. Its aluminum frame reduces the weight to approximately 27 ounces with an unloaded magazine inserted.
The slide is shortened to 4 inches and thinned to .860 inch. A fluted bull barrel, external extractor, flat-wire recoil-spring system, and easy-change front sight address the geometry and operating requirements of the smaller platform.
The single-stack frame retains the Ed Brown Bobtail® and uses Snakeskin treatment on the frontstrap and Bobtail® housing. A recessed slide stop, flush barrel with recessed crown, and single-side carry-profile thumb safety keep the exterior clean.
Choose the EVO-KC9-LW when reducing the weight carried all day matters more than retaining the additional mass of the stainless-steel EVO-KC9 configurations.

The aluminum frame reduces unloaded weight while retaining the full-height, single-stack EVO-KC9 grip and 9+1 capacity.
9mm-sized upper
The 4-inch slide is thinned and uses a 7-top cut with dedicated front and rear serrations. A fluted bull barrel and flat-wire recoil system complete the upper.

The Ed Brown Bobtail®, Snakeskin gripping surfaces, carry-profile safety, recessed slide stop, and flush-cut barrel limit unnecessary edges and bulk.
