The Executive Commander takes the same restrained approach as the full-size Executive Elite and applies it to a 4.25-inch Commander-length slide. The shorter upper gives the pistol a more compact profile without changing the traditional single-stack Government frame.
Its established configuration combines 25 LPI checkering on the frontstrap and mainspring housing with a single-side tactical-profile thumb safety, plain black fixed rear sight, and gold bead front sight.
French borders, ball endmill cuts, a flattened and serrated slide top, and a serrated rear of slide provide the finishing detail. The result is recognizably Executive without being ornate for ornament’s sake.
