Document the history of your Ed Brown.
A Letter of Authenticity is an official factory record prepared from the serial number of an Ed Brown firearm. It can be useful for your own records, insurance documentation, estate planning, a future sale, or when passing the firearm to the next owner.
What the letter confirms
- The firearm’s serial number and factory authenticity.
- The original ship date.
- The original destination where the firearm was first shipped.
- Model details and factory options when available in our records.
- Factory service history when available.
- Current replacement-value information when available.
Official factory documentation
The letter is prepared on Ed Brown Products letterhead and signed by a member of the Brown family. The amount of historical detail available depends on the factory records associated with the serial number.
